Job summary

BNL Engineering Private Limited in Singapore seeks an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to lead and deliver electrical and M&E projects across Singapore.

The role focuses on cost planning, tendering, contract administration and claims management, with emphasis on accuracy and coordination with architects and clients.

Diploma/degree in QS or related field required; experience in electrical/M&E projects advantageous; strong negotiation and communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of tendering and cost control.
• Experience in electrical and/or M&E projects is an advantage.
• Able to prepare Bills of Quantities and tender documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project cost budgets and monitor changes in design and construction works.
• Source quotations from contractors and sub-contractors and conduct price comparisons.
• Manage claim submissions, follow-ups and monthly cost/value reports.
• Prepare tender and contract documentation including Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Carry out quantity take-offs for tendering and assist in final accounts.
