Job summary

Sol Luminaire Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Lighting Associate in Singapore to work closely with interior designers, architects and contractors from initial discussions through project completion.

The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, presenting lighting solutions, and providing informed sales guidance with strong service orientation. You will be responsible for client meetings, site visits, and delivering project follow-up.

Qualifications

• Frontline client-facing role experience is essential.
• Ability to conduct meetings and visits independently.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

We are looking for a Lighting Associate to join our team. You will work closely with interior designers, architects, and contractors to provide suitable lighting solutions for different projects from the initial discussion to project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling and client visits to develop new business opportunities
• Expand market reach and increase market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Present and promote company products and services effectively
• Provide accurate product information and professional sales advice
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing issues promptly
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Prepare weekly sales progress and field reports

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with interior designers, architects, and contractors
• Able to conduct client meetings and attend site visits independently
• Provide lighting consultation and manage project follow-up
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is beneficial
• Relevant sales experience (all levels considered)
