Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Singapore seeks a Sales & Marketing Business Development Manager to accelerate growth of the Life in Group portfolio. You will develop data-driven cross-sell strategies, manage campaigns across worksite, virtual and digital channels, and enhance employee engagement through digital platforms.

The role involves leading partnerships, optimizing sales tools, and delivering insights to drive LIG revenue while strengthening client relationships and distribution effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry.
• CMFAS M5, M9, HI, BCP, PGI and ComGI certifications required.
• Tertiary degree in any field; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive LIG Revenue Growth: lead end-to-end cross-sell initiatives across corporate clients.
• Own Campaign Strategy & Performance: design and optimise multi-channel campaigns with clear ROI.
• Strengthen Digital Ecosystem: drive adoption of WorkWell, AIA+ and iSMART platforms.
• Lead Strategic Partnerships: curate vendor partnerships with strong commercial alignment.
• Governance & Representation: participate in steering committees to strengthen market position.
