Job summary

AIA Shared Services is seeking a results-driven sales and marketing professional to manage renewal growth and build strong relationships with Financial Services Consultants and Agency Leaders in Singapore.

Key responsibilities include proposing renewal terms, supporting corporate client engagements, and driving cross-sales while maintaining accurate renewal data and meeting CPD requirements. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree or diploma or equivalent.
• CMFAS M5, M9, HI, BCP, PGI and ComGI certifications are advantageous.
• 3–5 years in sales/marketing in Employee Benefits or Group Insurance.
• Strong knowledge of Life and Health insurance products.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Achieve renewal growth targets and KPIs for the Agency Channel.
• Maintain strong relationships with AIA FSCs and Agency Leaders to grow accounts.
• Encourage cross-sell to corporate clients for individual policies.
• Provide timely renewal terms or proposals for new lines of cover.
