Job summary

AIA Singapore is seeking a Sales and Marketing LIG Business Development Manager who will be instrumental in accelerating growth within the Life in Group portfolio. This role requires developing data-driven cross-sell strategies across corporate clients and managing high-impact campaigns that drive customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Services, experience in employee benefits, along with strong relationship management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Strong knowledge of Life and Health insurance products.
• Possess CMFAS M5, M9, HI, BCP, PGI and ComGI certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead campaigns to increase LIG penetration and revenue.
• Design and optimize multi-channel engagement campaigns.
• Manage strategic partnerships to enhance market value.
