Job summary

AIA Investment Management in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Investment Marketing to lead growth for investment-linked funds, pensions, and collective investment schemes across 18 markets. You will drive product innovation, marketing programs, and capability-building initiatives, leveraging AIA Group resources and partnerships.

You will coordinate sales, marketing and training infrastructure, deliver impactful marketing collateral, and present at trainings and events to enhance adoption

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in asset management with frontline experience in markets, advisory, sales, marketing or training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrates strategic foresight and partnerships with business units for sustainable impact.
• Experience working across teams to identify, solve and implement solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of global macro markets and mutual funds; familiar with regulatory environment in Asia.

Responsibilities

• Grow AUM of Investment Products across markets.
• Drive product innovation, marketing and training initiatives across markets.
• Meet marketing and training needs of local business units for Investment Products.
• Coordinate development/management of sales/marketing/training infrastructure and collateral for consistent messaging.
• Create pitchbooks, marketing decks, fund factsheets, and investor education materials.
• Present in investment trainings, events and seminars.
• Understand local unit requirements and monitor industry developments.
