• Direct, schedule, and support service technicians across assigned routes or building portfolios.
• Coordinate routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and modernization tasks for vertical transportation systems.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines, industry standards, and company safety protocols on-site.
• Serve as main point of contact for building owners, facility managers, and clients regarding service schedules, repairs, and project status.
• Monitor service response times, first-time fix rates, and routine maintenance completion.
