Job summary

SGS Testing & Control Services Singapore is seeking a capable supervisor to lead service technicians across routes and building portfolios. You will schedule workloads, oversee multi-brand maintenance, and ensure timely repairs while upholding safety standards on-site.

The role requires strong communication with building owners, facility managers, and clients and a focus on service quality, response times, and first-time fix rates.

Responsibilities

• Direct, schedule and support technicians on routes or building portfolios.
• Coordinate routine maintenance, emergency breakdown repairs, and modernization tasks for multi-brand vertical transport systems.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines, industry standards, and company safety protocols on-site.
• Act as the main contact for building owners, facility managers, and clients regarding service schedules, repairs, and project status.
• Monitor service response times, first-time fix rates, and routine maintenance completion.
