Qualifications
- 5+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing.
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution.
- Proficient with CEPs/CDPs and data-driven optimization.
Responsibilities
- Architect and scale multi-channel lifecycle journeys from onboarding to retention and win-back.
- Design and execute data-driven experiments, dashboards, and ROI reporting.
