Dynamic Safety PTE. LTD. is seeking a Library Officer to manage daily library operations, assist with loans and information searches, and promote reading through programmes. You will coordinate with teachers and suppliers, maintain records, and ensure a conducive learning environment.

The role requires at least 3 years of school library experience, proficiency in Spydus LMS, and knowledge of the Dewey Decimal system, with strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.

• Minimum 3 years as a Library Officer in a national, secondary or tertiary school library.
• Proficient in Spydus Library Management System.
• Knowledge of the Dewey Decimal Classification System.

• Handle book circulation, shelving, classification, cataloguing and inventory checks.
• Maintain and update library records, databases and past assessment papers.
• Assist students and teachers with book loans, information searches and enquiries.
• Promote reading through library activities, book displays, quizzes and reading programmes.
• Coordinate with suppliers for library books, resources and programme materials.
• Monitor library usage, borrowing records and prepare monthly reports.
• Maintain library cleanliness, organisation and a conducive learning environment.
• Enforce library rules and manage discussion room and library venue bookings.
• Perform other library-related duties as assigned by the school.

Requirements
