Job summary

DBS Asia Hub in Singapore seeks a highly experienced technology leader to provide end-to-end technology leadership for Lending platforms, spanning engineering strategy, architecture, modernisation, delivery and operational resilience.

You will drive platform modernization, AI-enabled solutions, and cross-team alignment with risk controls and regulatory obligations, shaping strategy across Credit Origination, Processing, Servicing and related ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of technology experience with hands-on software engineering.
• Proven track record leading software development teams in banking or financial services.
• Extensive experience as both a software developer and development lead across enterprise-scale systems.
• Experience delivering large-scale mission-critical platforms supporting customer-facing or operational banking functions.
• Strong understanding of banking technology controls, risk management, cybersecurity and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, development and delivery of Lending platforms and related ecosystems.
• Define technology strategy and engineering roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Drive platform modernisation leveraging cloud-native tech, microservices and APIs.
• Lead AI-enabled initiatives including GenAI and Agentic AI in lending.
• Ensure platform solutions meet security, resilience, and regulatory requirements.
