AMSERS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a Project Consultant embedded in the legal function to drive business transformation, project management and AI-enabled workflow improvements across regional stakeholders.

You will collaborate with lawyers and business teams to plan, govern and deliver transformation initiatives, developing plans, monitoring progress and measuring outcomes using Excel and Power BI. The role emphasizes responsible AI adoption, data analysis and building practical digital

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in business consulting, transformation, legal operations, project management or related environment.
Exposure to AI-enabled transformation, automation, digital adoption or technology-driven process improvement.
Understanding of how AI can improve business processes, workflows and decision-making.
Experience in legal, professional-services or complex international organisations preferred.
Strong project-management and organisational skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Partner with lawyers and business stakeholders to structure, plan and manage legal matters and transformation initiatives.
Develop project plans, timelines and governance covering scope, workstreams, milestones, dependencies and fees.
Monitor progress, identify risks and propose practical solutions.
Facilitate communication across internal teams and external stakeholders; clarify decisions and next steps.
Take ownership of smaller transformation projects from planning through implementation.
Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation and legal tech to improve workflows and service delivery.
Support assessment, testing and implementation of AI-enabled tools and business use cases.
Translate operational requirements into practical AI and digital-transformation solutions.
Support user adoption and change-management for new AI tools and workflows.
Monitor effectiveness of initiatives and measure improvements in efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
Promote responsible AI use with data quality, confidentiality, risk and governance considerations.
Analyze operational, project and financial data using Excel and Power BI; translate data into insights and recommendations.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen delivery of legal services.
