Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd seeks a technical business analyst/AI advocate to uncover AI automation opportunities in the public sector and design prototypes across divisions. You will monitor implementations, conduct workshops to raise AI literacy, and help expand scalable AI initiatives with a focus on safe, responsible deployment.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in AI-enabled roles, strong understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering, and Python with cloud deployment familiarity.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a technical business analyst, AI advocate, or innovation practitioner in a technology context.
• Good understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and building apps with them; awareness of risks.
• Keen interests in AI development, including global AI regulations and guidelines.
• Preferably competent in Python programming, with familiarity of cloud deployments for ML models and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Uncover operational pain points and automation opportunities where AI could help.
• Design and support AI prototypes across divisions to maximise adoption and integration.
• Monitor performance of deployed AI projects and plan expansion across departments.
• Conduct workshops to build AI literacy and enable safe and responsible AI use by public officers.
• Track AI initiative outcomes, including efficiency gains and cost savings, and support long-term strategy.
• Develop reusable frameworks, standards, documentation, and training materials.
