Job summary

Frasers Property Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Leasing Executive to support leasing operations, enhance occupancy, and maximize rental income through effective marketing and proactive lease administration in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with tenants on fit-outs, maintain strong tenant relationships, and assist in preparing budget and management reports. Training will be provided for those new to leasing.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree holder.
• 1 year of relevant leasing work experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing operations to achieve occupancy and optimize rental income.
• Assist marketing strategies and lease administration and arrears management.
• Coordinate with tenants on fit-out works and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Maintain good tenant relationships through regular communication and prompt responses.
• Assist timely submission of budget and management reports and ad hoc reports.
• Handle any other tasks as assigned by supervisor/management.
