Job summary

Frasers Property Limited in Singapore is seeking a Leasing Executive to support leasing operations, marketing, lease admin, tenant coordination, reporting and maintaining relationships to optimise occupancy and rental income.

The role involves supporting marketing strategies, lease and arrears management, ensuring timely approvals, coordinating fit-out works, maintaining tenant relations, and assisting budget and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder; 1 year leasing work experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong initiative and follow-through on tasks

Responsibilities

• Support occupancy targets and maximize rental income through effective marketing, lease and arrears management.
• Maintain lease administration and ensure timely memo/document approvals.
• Coordinate tenant fit-out activities to meet guidelines.
• Maintain good tenant relationships through regular communication and responsive service.
• Assist in timely preparation of budget and management reports, and other ad hoc reports.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisor/management.
