Job summary

Cycle & Carriage, a member of the Jardine Cycle & Carriage Group, is seeking an Operations Assistant to support daily operations and perform administrative duties. This role focuses on short-term rentals and service requests, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations.

The successful candidate will handle vehicle delivery/collection, inspect vehicles for damages, coordinate turnaround, supervise maintenance, manage bookings, and assist with ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

• 5.5 day work-week.
• Hold a valid Singapore driving license with minimum 2 years driving experience.
• Experience in customer service roles will be necessary.
• Operational excellence with strong work ethics and sense of accountability.
• Familiar with Singapore roads, rules, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and collection of vehicles from our customers.
• Inspection of vehicle for any damages and turning around of the vehicle for the next rental.
• Attending to ad-hoc duties such as accidents, replacement of vehicles and damages to vehicles.
• Maintaining and upholding the condition of vehicles including daily upkeep, servicing and maintenance, interior and exterior condition.
• Follow through accident repairs and servicing status with workshop.
• Managing customer bookings and requests.
• Other ad-hoc administrative & operational duties.
