Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Senior Leasing Executive / Assistant Leasing Manager to support the execution of asset and leasing strategies for a premium commercial office portfolio.

You will engage tenants and stakeholders to build long-term relationships while driving portfolio performance, focusing on occupancy, tenant retention, and rental returns in line with asset objectives.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of commercial leasing experience in Grade A office or similar portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing end-to-end leasing activities, including tenant acquisition, renewals, negotiations, and lease documentation.
• Maintaining strong relationships with tenants, landlords' representatives, and external consultants to ensure smooth portfolio operations and high tenant satisfaction.
• Support portfolio performance through coordination with internal teams such as facilities management, finance, and marketing.
• Assist with reporting, budgeting, compliance requirements, and sharing of market insights to support leasing strategy and decision-making.

Our client is seeking a Senior Leasing Executive / Assistant Leasing Manager to support the execution of asset and leasing strategies for a premium commercial office portfolio.

In this role, you will actively engage tenants and stakeholders to build strong, long-term relationships while driving portfolio performance. You will focus on maintaining high occupancy, improving tenant retention, and optimising rental returns in alignment with overall asset objectives.

Job Scope:

• Responsible for managing end-to-end leasing activities, including tenant acquisition, renewals, negotiations, and lease documentation.
• Maintaining strong relationships with tenants, landlords' representatives, and external consultants to ensure smooth portfolio operations and high tenant satisfaction.
• Support portfolio performance through coordination with internal teams such as facilities management, finance, and marketing.
• Assist with reporting, budgeting, compliance requirements, and sharing of market insights to support leasing strategy and decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• Min 2 years of commercial leasing experience in Grade A office or similar portfolios
• Degree in Real Estate, Business, or related discipline
• Experience handling MNC or corporate tenants is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Team player with a proactive and professional attitude

Salary: Up to $6,000 + AWS + VB

Work Location: Shenton Way

Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm
