Job summary

Our client is a leading asset management company based near Marina Bay, Singapore, seeking a Property/Portfolio Administrator with no prior experience required. You will support plans to grow portfolio income, build long-term tenant relations, and secure favorable lease terms while coordinating with tenants and consultants.

Working location is Raffles Place, with standard hours. Salary up to SGD 3,900 monthly plus AWS and VB; candidates with a great attitude and strong interpersonal skills are

• Degree in RealEstate required.
• No experience needed—training provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills and great personality required.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic business plans to enhance and increase portfolio income.
• Establish long term relationships to maximize occupancy and yield of portfolio.
• Achieve competitive rent and lease terms in securing/renewing tenants.
• Maintain relationships with tenants and ensure timely rental payments and handle inquiries on maintenance and property tax matters.
• Coordinate with shareholders representatives and consultants including lawyers, QP, surveyors and real estate consultants.

Responsibilities:

• Support strategic business plans to enhance and increase portfolio income.
• Establish long term business relationships to maximize occupancy and yield of portfolio.
• Achieve competitive optimal rent and lease terms in the securing/renewing tenants.
• Maintain relationship with tenants while ensuring tenants fulfilment of obligations (including timely rental payments, managing tenants feedbacks and complaints, queries on building maintenance and/or property tax matters.)
• Establish good working relationships with shareholders representatives and various consultants including lawyers, QP, surveyors and real estate consultants.

Requirements:

• Degree in RealEstate
• No experience needed - training provided
• Great personality and good interpersonal skills.

Working Location: Raffles Place

Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm

Salary: Up to$3,900 + AWS + VB (average 2-3 months)
