Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager (Learning Technologies) to oversee the design, implementation, and management of digital learning platforms, including LMS and AI-powered tools. You will drive strategic direction, coordinate multi-project delivery, and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver innovative learning solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Learning Technology or related field, strong PM and data analytics skills, and experience with LMS/e-learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities to ensure timely delivery of learning technology solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized VR/AR/AI-enabled solutions.
• Analyze learning program effectiveness using data analytics and feedback mechanisms.
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage procurement for learning technologies and services.
• Support planning and implementation of AI-enabled learning capabilities including intelligent search and recommendations.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to upskill internal teams.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and corporate policies.
