Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager (Learning Technologies) to oversee the design, implementation, and management of digital learning platforms, including LMS and AI-powered tools. You will drive strategic direction, coordinate multi-project delivery, and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver innovative learning solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Learning Technology or related field, strong PM and data analytics skills, and experience with LMS/e-learning tools.

The role is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of digital learning platforms (e.g., Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and virtual classrooms).

• Support the leadership in formulating and driving the strategic direction of digital learning solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of learning technology solutions including Learning platforms, Talent Management Systems and digital content.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized solutions that leverage emerging technologies such as virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and AI-based learning tools.
• Analyze learning program effectiveness using data analytics and feedback mechanisms to recommend continuous improvements.
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage procurement processes for learning technologies and services.
• Support the planning and implementation of AI-enabled learning capabilities, including intelligent search, personalised learning recommendations, virtual assistants, learning analytics, and generative AI features.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to upskill internal teams and ensure adoption of new digital tools.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and corporate policies in the development and deployment of digital learning solutions.

Qualities We Value
