Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the design, implementation, and management of digital learning platforms such as LMS, e-learning tools, and virtual classrooms. You will collaborate with HR, L&D, and IT to align modernization efforts and ensure high-quality solutions.

You will mentor a team of developers and learning specialists, steer innovative learning technologies (AI-driven learning, AR/VR, adaptive learning), and drive data-driven improvements across programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital learning projects and teams.
• Strong ability to translate learning needs into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, implementation and management of digital learning platforms (LMS, e-learning tools, virtual classrooms).
• Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and IT to align digitalization goals.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and QA across projects.
• Define success metrics, analyze data, and report on learning initiatives.
