Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Education, Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience in learning, education, training, eLearning or learning content development is required.
• Hands-on experience with eLearning tools and LMS is required.
• Formal PM experience is not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning content projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
• Work with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate requirements and project activities.
• Support project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking.
• Monitor project scope, risks, issues, and changes, and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, schedules, and status reports.
• Support quality checks to ensure learning content meets client requirements and learning objectives.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and management.
• Support post-project reviews and additional learning-related projects as required.
