Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning content projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
• Work with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate requirements and project activities.
• Support project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking.
• Monitor project scope, risks, issues, and changes, and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, schedules, and status reports.
• Support quality checks to ensure learning content meets client requirements and learning objectives.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and management.
• Support post-project reviews and additional learning-related projects as required.

• Hands‑on experience with eLearning tools and/or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required.
• Experience in project or programme coordination and stakeholder management is an advantage.
• Formal Project Management experience is not required training will be provided.
• Strong communication, coordination, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or project management software is an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is an advantage.
