Job summary

ST Engineering Training & Simulation Systems seeks a senior technical leader to oversee the design, implementation, and management of digital learning platforms, including LMS, e-learning tools, and virtual classrooms.

You will lead a team of developers and specialists, collaborate with HR and IT to align digital learning with transformation goals, drive innovation in AI-driven learning and AR/VR, and ensure high-quality delivery through rigorous testing and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Education Technology, Digital Learning, or a related field.
• PMP, ITIL, or related certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI).
• Contextual knowledge: government agencies preferred.
• Strong proficiency in LMS, authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate), and LXP.
• Experience leading digital learning and e-learning projects.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Guide the team in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance.
• Technical Solutions Design: Architect digital learning solutions with existing platforms integration.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with HR, L&D, and IT to meet digitalization goals.
• Innovation & Research: Stay updated on AI-driven learning, AR/VR, and adaptive learning trends.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure rigorous testing and best practices across projects.
• Mentorship & Team Collaboration: Lead and mentor developers and specialists.
• Vendor & Tool Management: Collaborate with external vendors for best-in-class tools.
• Reporting & Analytics: Define success metrics and analyze platform data.
