Job summary

You will manage logistics, learner communications and budget oversight to ensure smooth, quality delivery.

You will work with diverse stakeholders across Sales, Product, Finance and HR, driving continuous improvement and scalable operational practices that enhance learner outcomes and centre performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage end-to-end delivery of training programmes, projects and events.
• Oversee logistics including scheduling, trainer coordination, venues, materials and communications.
• Ensure delivery aligns with quality standards, funding requirements and timelines.
• Monitor budgets and direct costs to optimise resource allocation and margins.
• Support continuous improvement of processes, workflows and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, HR, IT to enable programme success.
