Job summary

Talents@Work in Singapore is seeking a capable leader to oversee training centres and satellite locations, ensuring smooth, safe and reliable delivery of programmes.

You will manage admissions, records, funding and claims, coordinate resources, and drive quality assurance, SOP governance and audit readiness. A strong track record in operations, governance and stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in training operations, learning administration, quality assurance or governance.
• Understanding of funding, claims, compliance and audit processes.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple workflows.
• Experience in SOPs, process improvement, dashboards and operational reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and accountable, with focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across training centres and satellite locations for smooth delivery.
• Oversee learner admissions, enrolment, records, attendance and admin processes.
• Manage funding and claims operations with accurate documentation and timely submissions.
• Coordinate trainers, facilities, equipment, learning resources, IT support and assessment administration.
• Drive quality assurance, SOP governance, audit readiness and compliance requirements.
• Lead and develop the Learning Operations & Governance team, fostering accountability and service excellence.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements, digitalisation and automation initiatives.
