Job summary

People Search Consultants is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer in Singapore to design and deliver engaging learning experiences across online, hybrid, and in-person formats.

Candidates will collaborate with faculty and stakeholders, ensure content aligns with objectives, and apply best practices in pedagogy. This role requires 5+ years in instructional design and strong communication; ACTA/ACLP/DACE certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in instructional design, educational technology, curriculum development, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Strong knowledge of pedagogical principles; certifications are a plus.
• Experience in digital media or EdTech, developing learning solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Team player with strong relationship-building skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, impactful learning experiences.
• Collaborate with faculty and stakeholders to design innovative educational solutions.
• Align content with objectives and standards by thorough content analysis.
• Integrate educational technologies and multimedia in online, hybrid, and in-person courses.
• Develop interactive content meeting educational goals.
• Conduct UAT and revise content based on feedback.
• Stay informed about trends in instructional design and e-learning.
• Apply instructional strategies while integrating a wide range of tools.
• Support department in annual work plan and new initiatives.
