Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Learning & Programme Designer to develop and evaluate learning interventions across classroom, virtual, blended, and digital formats. You will conduct needs analysis and craft curricula aligned to competency frameworks and roadmaps.

The role involves partnering with experts to create content and materials, assessing programme impact, and driving continuous improvement. Digital resources and strong stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, or a related discipline is required.
Experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, curriculum development, or digital learning is preferred.
Strong planning, analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and passionate about developing people and enhancing organisational capability.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and evaluate learning interventions across classroom, virtual, blended, and digital formats.
Conduct learning needs analysis and develop curriculum based on competency frameworks and training roadmaps.
Partner with subject matter experts to develop course content, learning outcomes, and training materials.
Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes to drive continuous improvement.
Develop engaging digital learning resources, including infographics, videos, articles, and other learning materials.
Manage stakeholder and project management activities, timelines, budgets, and progress.
