Job summary

TDCX, Inc. seeks a capable Training Specialist to develop and implement training policies, design modules, and oversee delivery and assessment of in-house programs.

You will evaluate training effectiveness, conduct needs analyses, and maintain records to support compliance and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in contact centre training, strong supervisory and presentation skills, and fluency in English and the market language.

Qualifications

• GCE 'A' level or Diploma in any field.
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in handling contact centre cases in a call centre or service industry environment.
• Exceptional supervisory skills.
• Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience with curriculum development and course material review management
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
• Competent in e-content and design development, excellent presentation skills and training delivery, with knowledge of various training methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market.
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training policies, procedures, and programs.
• Design and develop relevant training modules based on individual/departmental/company needs.
• Development, delivery and assessment of in-house programs.
• Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training modules in line with the strategic plan of raising capabilities and developing talents to reinforce our people effectiveness.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop programs to improve existing staff performance.
• Deliver training sessions through using various instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, assessments, and outcomes for compliance and reporting
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
