Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Human Resources or related field; 2 years experience in the human resources or related professional area; certified trainer.
• 4-year bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; certified trainer; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administers employee training programs and informs employees about training offerings.
• Measures training effectiveness to ensure a return on investment and supports guest satisfaction through learning transfer.
• Develops training program plans and budgets aligned with the property’s mission and business goals.
• Manages training budgets and controls department expenditures to meet financial targets.
• Observes service behaviors and provides feedback to employees and managers to drive continuous improvement.
