Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa is seeking an experienced learning and development professional to drive curriculum strategy and instructional design, delivering structured, end-to-end learning programmes that align with business transformation priorities in a dynamic environment.

This role partners stakeholders to build workforce capabilities, enhance facilitation excellence, implement evaluation frameworks and ensure learning effectiveness across RWS Academy through end-to-end design and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• WSQ ACLP certificate preferred.
• WSQ DACE/WSQ DDDLP adds advantage.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong planning, systems thinking, and project management.
• Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of end-to-end learning curricula aligned to business needs.
• Define curriculum pathways for growth and career development.
• Establish design standards, governance for curriculum development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for needs analyses and content development.
• Design evaluation frameworks and measure learning outcomes.
• Coach internal trainers and oversee facilitator quality.
