Singpass invites applications for a Learning & Development Specialist within CSC's Public Comms & Engagement team. You will partner with agencies to design and deliver learning experiences that strengthen the capabilities of public officers in governance, policy, and public engagement.

You will diagnose capability needs with stakeholders, co-create learning solutions, and manage end-to-end delivery of programmes, coordinating with partners in planning, administration and evaluation, while

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Communications, Public Policy, Social Sciences or related disciplines.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, programme management, learning design, capability development or related areas.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to facilitate discussions and present ideas clearly to stakeholders and learners.
• Ability to assess learning needs and translate them into learning solutions.

Responsabilités

• Co-create learning solutions with public sector partners.
• Diagnose learning and capability needs with stakeholders and design interventions.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of learning programmes including planning, administration and evaluation.
• Drive a performance-led approach to learning by translating business priorities into learning outcomes.
• Facilitate learning experiences, workshops and presentations, communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
