Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking a Learning & Development Executive on a 1-year contract to coordinate and administer all learning programmes for CRE and FM. The role manages course scheduling, learner records, LMS content, grant/subsidy claims, and compliance reporting.

The ideal candidate will be digitally adept, well organised and capable of handling multiple stakeholders. Prior experience in learning administration, HR or related fields is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learning, training, HR or administrative functions.
• Experience processing grants, subsidies, funding claims or similar administrative processes would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Workday Learning or other LMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer CRE and FM learning programmes.
• Manage course scheduling, enrolments, communications, attendance tracking and completion records.
• Maintain accurate employee learning records and training documentation.
• Upload and maintain learning content, courses and records in Workday Learning or LMS.
• Generate reports and support compliance requirements with training data.
