Job summary

Outward Bound Singapore (OBS) is seeking a Manager/Assistant Manager, Learning & Development. Based at OBS Pulau Ubin, you will strengthen how we communicate, deliver and improve learning across OBS.

You will lead learning communications, analytics, quality assurance, content development and digitalisation efforts while coordinating cross-functional projects with a multi-generational workforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage internal L&D communications according to a calendar.
• Craft narratives and content to promote learning opportunities and updates.
• Engage stakeholders across functions and support outreach initiatives.
• Analyze learning, budget and programme data for trends and insights.
• Maintain records, dashboards and reports for supported functions.
• Coordinate course reviews and track quality assurance documentation.
• Develop learning resources and design infographics, videos and e-learning.
