Job summary

Kuok Group Singapore (KGSg) seeks an Assistant Manager, Learning & Development to support design, implementation, and continuous improvement of L&D initiatives across PaxOcean Group. You will partner with leaders to identify training needs, craft learning solutions, and enhance workforce capabilities for current and future needs.

You will also support talent development programmes, competency framework initiatives, and training effectiveness measurement, ensuring employees have the skills

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of L&D or related HR experience.
• Experience conducting training needs analyses with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with competency frameworks and LMS.
• Ability to analyze learning data and identify trends.
• Strong stakeholder management across levels of the organisation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Organised with strong project management.
• Proactive with continuous improvement mindset.
• Professional integrity and credibility.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of L&D strategies aligned with organisational goals and priorities.
• Conduct training needs analyses with business units to identify capability gaps.
• Coordinate learning programmes, workshops, leadership development, and talent initiatives.
• Support competency framework development across functions and groups.
• Assist in managing graduate, management trainee, and talent development programmes.
• Source internal and external training programmes addressing development needs.
• Monitor participation, outcomes, and programme effectiveness with data.
• Prepare training reports, dashboards, and insights for decisions.
• Collaborate with HR and business to promote continuous learning culture.
• Administer learning records, budgets, and vendor partnerships where applicable.
