Job summary

COMO Lifestyle in Singapore is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to drive learning strategy, leadership capability, and service excellence across its luxury hospitality concepts.

The role partners with business leaders to design impactful learning solutions, develop future leaders, and embed a culture of continuous improvement, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Organisational Development within F&B, hospitality, or premium lifestyle.
• Proven experience developing leadership programmes and coaching managers across operational teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across departments and leadership levels.
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-brand operations is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations, guest experience, luxury service standards, and operational excellence.
• Skilled facilitator with presentation, coaching, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience developing digital learning content and blended learning programmes.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret operational data and translate insights into learning solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and LMS or digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute learning strategy to support business objectives and brand standards.
• Develop and facilitate learning programmes covering service excellence and product knowledge.
• Lead leadership development initiatives for supervisors, managers, and high-potential talent.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability gaps from performance and feedback.
• Create blended learning solutions including classroom training, on-the-job coaching, and digital modules.
