Raffles Singapore is seeking a Management Associate for a structured 24-month Leadership Development Programme across Rooms, F&B and hotel operations, with rotations across departments and restaurant concepts to build a solid foundation in service excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

The programme offers hands-on exposure, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to participate in special projects under senior leaders, developing leadership, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Qualifications

Structured 24-month Leadership Development Programme designed to build foundation in Rooms, Food & Beverage and hotel operations.
Rotations across various hotel departments and restaurant concepts to develop knowledge of operations, service excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
Opportunities to participate in special projects and business initiatives under guidance of senior leaders, with mentoring and coaching to build leadership and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

Rotates through key Rooms departments (Housekeeping, Butler Services, Front Desk, Concierge) and related areas.
Supports guest arrivals, in-stay experiences and departures in line with brand standards and service protocols.
Delivers excellent service in Food & Beverage, adheres to grooming standards, and assists guests and colleagues professionally.
Supports management in supervising daily shift operations and provides guidance to junior colleagues.
Participates in monthly development reviews and on-the-job training to build leadership capabilities.
