Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Senior Manager / Manager, Learning & Development in Singapore. You will plan and implement broad-based learning initiatives to strengthen employee capabilities and support talent and business priorities.

You will partner with HR and stakeholders to identify gaps, develop engaging programs, and leverage AI-enabled platforms to curate content for different employee groups. You will oversee the Group Learning Centre (Virtual) and manage multiple programs concurrently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, job redesign, or workforce development.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate needs into learning solutions.
• Hands-on experience managing digital/virtual learning platforms and learning portals.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate into learning solutions.
• Develop and organize learning programs, workshops, and learning journeys aligned with business strategies.
• Leverage digital tools and AI-enabled platforms to curate learning content for different employee groups.
• Ensure high standards of content, delivery, and participant experience; analyze feedback to improve programs.
• Lead operations of the Group Learning Centre (Virtual) and LMS access for learning resources.
• Assess eligibility for Singapore workforce-development grants and advise on funding opportunities.
• Manage multiple learning programs and projects across timelines and resources.
