Job summary
GovTech Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager in Learning & Leadership Development within the Digital Academy Group. You will design and implement next-generation talent initiatives, aligning leadership development with GovTech's digital transformation agenda and business priorities.
You will lead flagship programs, analyze learning needs using data-driven methods, manage budgets and vendor partnerships, and develop innovative offerings with a focus on strategic impact and stakeholder
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of leadership development experience.
- Experience designing and delivering programs for different leadership levels.
- Experience with leadership frameworks and tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage flagship leadership development programmes and enhance designs based on feedback.
- Conduct organisation-wide learning needs analysis using data-driven approaches.
- Oversee vendor partnerships, procurement and budget management for leadership initiatives.
- Develop and maintain learning analytics dashboards to inform decisions.
- Develop new leadership development offerings aligned with strategic priorities.
- Partner with leaders and HR to support talent development needs.
