Job summary

Ambition Singapore is seeking a Principal Consultant, Engineering & Manufacturing to lead learning initiatives and foster a culture of continuous development within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on identifying capability needs, designing and delivering impactful programs, enhancing employee engagement, and leveraging digital learning to support growth and workforce development. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Learning & Development or corporate training.
• Experience designing and delivering classroom and digital programs.
• Hands-on LMS management, preferably SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• ACTA certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead L&D initiatives to build organizational capability and meet business goals.
• Identify training needs with stakeholders and design programs.
• Plan onboarding, technical, leadership, and professional development programs.
• Develop digital learning and drive adoption via effective communication.
• Manage LMS, training records, and content; analyze metrics for improvement.
