RENTOKIL INITIAL SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead the design, implementation and governance of the company’s training initiatives in Singapore. The role covers building a Total Company Training Plan, calendar development, and administering Cornerstone LMS with timely completion monitoring.

You will create in-house training materials, run both local and global programs, coordinate external certifications, and drive government grant

Qualificações

• Proven experience (3+ years) in learning and development, training, or a related HR role.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning management systems (LMS).
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to assess training effectiveness.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with e-learning platforms.
• Language proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Compile Total Company Training Plan.
• Develop Training Calendar.
• Deploy trainings; initiate and monitor Cornerstone modules completion status within timelines.
• Create training modules in Cornerstone.
• Send weekly reminders to ensure completion status.
• Review OJT training with service trainer.
• Develop in-house course materials.
• Conduct in-house and global training initiatives.
• Coordinate external training, including certifications and licenses (OFA, SWHPP).
• Apply and manage government training grants.
