You will work with internationally certified coaches to extract their knowledge, design comprehensive training programs, and build the pedagogical foundation of coaching excellence at Singapore's largest gymnastics facility. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in education, instructional design or related field.
• 3–5 years in learning & development with a focus on instructional design.
• Proven ability to extract knowledge from subject matter experts.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and cognitive psychology in training design.

Responsibilities

• Extract expertise from experienced coaches through structured interviews, observations and knowledge mapping.
• Design training pedagogy and methodology for coach development programmes.
• Create progressive learning pathways from foundational to advanced competencies.
• Develop training materials including manuals, guides, presentations, videos and assessments.
• Structure competency frameworks defining coaching excellence at each level.
• Build onboarding programmes for new coaches to set them up for success.
• Assess training needs across the coaching team and create development plans.
• Identify skill gaps and design targeted interventions to close them.
• Stay current with coaching best practices and adult learning principles.
• Collaborate with management to align training with academy goals and standards.
• Maintain centralized training documentation and curriculum guides.
• Create a knowledge repository capturing coaching best practices.
• Ensure training materials are clear and consistently delivered.
• Track training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
• Measure learning outcomes and impact on coaching quality.
• Maintain attendance, certifications and progression records.
• Gather feedback to refine programmes and iterate on design.
