Job summary

Land Transport Authority in Singapore is seeking a Deputy/Assistant Manager for Learning & Communications (Capability Development). You will align learning programmes with capability development priorities and deliver professional communications for learning initiatives.

You will oversee development of learning-related communications, including EDMs, homepage content, event announcements, and multimedia content through photography and videography.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Communications, Build Environment, Civil/Structural Engineering, Marketing, Business, OD or related disciplines.
• Strong strategic thinking to align learning initiatives with capability development goals.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with experience in EDMs, articles, and presentations.
• Creative mindset for engaging campaigns and learning experiences.
• Proficiency in photography and videography with basic editing.
• Experience managing corporate channels like intranet, newsletters, EDMs, and event publicity.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills to manage multiple initiatives.
• Collaborative and able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in Build and Environmental Sector preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut.

Responsibilities

• Align learning programmes with capability development priorities and communicate learning experiences effectively.
• Coordinate learning programmes, including Learn Day sessions, scheduling, logistics, and attendance management.
• Prepare presentation materials, event briefs, communication plans and trackers for smooth delivery.
