Job summary

Persol Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a contract-based staff communications and L&D coordinator to conceptualise content from feedback, manage engagement events, and support cross-functional learning delivery.

You will handle end-to-end event logistics, collaborate with lines and stakeholders, and assist with intranet enhancements and knowledge management while providing day-to-day administrative support to the L&OD team.

Qualifications

• Background in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in employee engagement, learning and development, or corporate communications is an advantage.
• Experience in event planning and end-to-end logistics management.
• Experience working with vendors and managing procurement processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal audiences.
• Proficient in copywriting and EDM creation for internal communications and publicity.
• Organised and detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop content addressing staff feedback from engagement touchpoints.
• Maintain staff feedback platforms; compile and analyse post-event data and attendance.
• Support anniversary campaign activities; track participation and manage collateral production.
• Coordinate workshops and learning events; manage logistics, venue, materials, and refreshments.
• Liaise with stakeholders to schedule sessions, coordinate speakers, and create publicity materials.
• Review and improve the new joiner experience and intranet usability.
• Document and archive L&OD events; manage photography/videography assets; ensure knowledge retention.
