Job summary

Civil Service College in Singapore seeks a proactive member of the programmes team who designs and delivers learning for Public Service leaders. You will diagnose needs, partner with stakeholders, evaluate outcomes, and continually improve learning interventions.

You will work with senior leaders, external experts, and HR officers to co-create effective solutions and strengthen processes while upholding professional standards.

• Strengthen learning interventions and processes by experimenting responsibly.
