Job summary

Zig by ComfortDelGro is seeking an L&D specialist to design, implement, and manage learning and development initiatives and wellness programs that align with organizational goals.

You will oversee training operations, manage the SuccessFactors LMS, monitor program effectiveness, and produce reports on learning outcomes and budget usage. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of L&D experience are required, with proficiency in MS Office; experience with SuccessFactors is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in learning and development.
• Experience with SuccessFactors learning management system is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports and coordinate activities.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and facilitate training sessions.

• Manage the learning management system on SuccessFactors to maintain accurate training records and accessibility.
• Manage the budget allocated for training to ensure cost-effective program delivery.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned, supporting organizational needs and projects.
