YCH Group Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive L&D Programme Support to assist in implementing learning initiatives, coordinating programmes, and maintaining records. You will engage with stakeholders to identify needs and help maintain competency frameworks and development plans.
You will coordinate training logistics, onboarding for new hires, and track progress within the LMS, including grant administration and evaluation data for continuous improvement.
Support the implementation of Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Development, and Capability Building initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
Assist in identifying learning needs and competency gaps through engagement with business stakeholders.
Support the development and maintenance of competency frameworks, learning roadmaps, and development plans.
Coordinate and monitor employee learning journeys, training milestones, and development outcomes.
Support the administration of succession planning and talent development initiatives.
Coordinate internal and external training programmes, including course registration, scheduling, logistics arrangements, attendance tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Facilitate and coordinate orientation programmes for new hires, trainees, and interns, both physical and virtual.
Maintain accurate training records, learning documentation, attendance, certifications, and evaluation data within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Support training grant applications, claims submission, funding disbursement, and related documentation.
Assist in budget tracking, vendor coordination, and administrative matters relating to training programmes.
Support the implementation and administration of Talent Development programmes, leadership development initiatives, scholarships, traineeship programmes, and other workforce development projects.
Coordinate participant nominations, interviews, programme enrolment, onboarding, engagement activities, and offboarding processes.
Monitor participant attendance, learning progress, development plans, mentorship engagement, and programme completion.
Serve as a point of contact for trainees, interns, and programme participants, providing guidance and support throughout their programme journey.
Maintain accurate programme records, documentation, progress reports, grant-related information, and learning outcomes.
Prepare programme evaluations, reports, and recommendations to support continuous improvement.
Assist in the design, development, and enhancement of learning materials, training resources, e-learning modules, onboarding programmes, and OJT materials.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to ensure learning content remains relevant, accurate, and aligned with business needs.
Support continuous review and improvement of learning materials and programme effectiveness.
Assist in driving digital learning initiatives and adoption of learning technologies
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, mentors, trainers, educational institutions, and external partners to support programme delivery.
Support the organization of learning events, Brown Bag Sessions, knowledge-sharing initiatives, learning journeys, industry talks, networking sessions, and panel discussions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), government agencies, and training providers.
Support participant engagement, welfare coordination, and overall learning experience management.
Administer post-training evaluations, feedback collection, and learning effectiveness assessments.
Prepare monthly training reports, programme dashboards, and management updates.
Monitor learning and programme data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Support internal and external audits relating to Learning & Development activities.
Ensure training records, policies, procedures, and documentation are maintained in accordance with organisational requirements and quality standards.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance programme effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Organisational Development, or a related discipline.
ACTA or ACLP certification will be an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for the Executive level or 4 years of relevant experience for the Senior Executive level.
Relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organisational Development, Human Resources, or related areas.
Experience in training administration, learning operations, talent development programmes, employee development initiatives, traineeships, internships, or workforce development programmes will be advantageous.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), training analytics, competency development, and training grant administration will be an advantage.
