Job summary

SGInnovate is building a Learning & Development function to upskill and reskill talent within the deep tech ecosystem. The role focuses on partnering with learning providers, designing masterclasses and workshops, and managing learning programs across the organization. The candidate should have growth mindset, strong communication, and experience with LMS systems.

Qualifications

A Diploma/ Degree with relevant experience in Learning and Development and/or Talent Management.

Responsibilities

Learning Partner and Alumni Management: Identify, source, and onboard high-quality Learning Partners (e.g., Subject Matter Experts, Training Providers, Institutes of Higher Learning).
Upskilling & Reskilling Tech Talent: Monitor industry trends and design/execute learning initiatives like masterclasses, e-learning programs, and workshops.
Operations & Learning Administration: Implement record-keeping, manage logistics, and track program take-up and impact.
Other duties as assigned to support the team.
