Job summary

TRITON AI PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned L&D professional to join the Corporate Learning Centre in the HR division. You will develop and execute holistic leadership development programs to strengthen the leadership pipeline at enterprise and business-unit levels.

You will design curricula, manage external partners, assess leadership needs, and drive a leader-led learning culture while ensuring onboarding and continuing education align with national initiatives.

Qualifications

University Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 5 years of L&D experience, with a focus on Leadership & People Development or Talent Management.
WSQ ACLP / ACTA certified (Mandatory).
WSQ DDDLP / DACE certified (Advantageous).
Strong analytical, data, conceptual, and senior stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communications and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Design an integrated Leadership & People Development (LPD) curriculum aligned with organizational strategy.
Manage external training partners to ensure best-in-class program delivery.
Source and execute leadership assessments and curate custom interventions, executive roundtables, and university programs for senior leaders.
Co-develop content with senior management to drive a leader-led learning culture.
Align internal education schemes with national workforce initiatives and maintain onboarding framework.
Direct all operational and administrative tasks in partnership with the Learning Shared Services Team.
