BLOOMBERG SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Talent professional to shape and deliver learning and leadership development initiatives across APAC and globally in an AI-enabled workplace.

You will connect employees to meaningful learning experiences, design scalable programs, and collaborate with content leads to deliver impactful leadership and team development across Bloombergs business context.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in facilitation & coaching, learning & leadership development, talent management or organizational development.
• Experience facilitating leadership programs and AI adoption initiatives across regions (APAC/global).
• Demonstrated ability to adapt content and pace for executive audiences and diverse geographies.

Responsabilités

• Drive a Learning and Growth Culture by linking programs to career growth using the 70/20/10 model.
• Serve as a visible representative of the Talent team and communicate growth opportunities.
• Facilitate and activate leadership and team development programs at all levels.
• Collaborate with global content leads to tailor programs for APAC and broader regions.
• Bring research-backed insights on leadership, adult learning, and responsible AI in learning.
• Gather real-time feedback and translate insights into program evolution.
• Partner with HR and senior leaders to diagnose needs and align with priorities.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI thoughtfully across learning lifecycle and processes.
• Deliver assessments debriefs (psychometrics) with coaching support and accreditation when needed.
